Kirkham Rise has been designed to maximise peace and privacy whilst being conveniently located close to all local facilities and services.

Located only minutes from picturesque Camden and the emerging Oran Park Town, residents at Kirkham Rise will also appreciate the easy access to all parts of Sydney via excellent roads, rail and bus services.

At Kirkham Rise there will be over 7kms of walking trails and cycleways, meandering through picturesque parks which are gently integrated into the beautiful bushland surrounds. Conservation areas, informal woodland parks, on site dams and swales all create an idyllic environment; a private oasis to come home to whilst being surprisingly convenient to schools, shops, sporting facilities, hospitals and churches.

Kirkham Rise is created through a joint venture between the Sisters of the Good Samaritan and Mbark Pty Ltd. This relationship began 5 years ago when Mbark was engaged as the ‘development expert’ to help create beautiful homesites with an environmental focus. The Sisters have been proprietors of the land for over a hundred years and retain a strong attachment to the land, as does the local community. The Sisters and Mbark share an appreciation of the cultural history as well as a commitment to preserve the bushland integrity of the site.

Mbark has a highly regarded track record of creating award winning quality developments such as The Arbour, an over 55s village in Berry and the redevelopment of a formerly derelict building at 117 Harrington St in The Rocks. Mbark’s success is based on creating strong community engagement. A dedication to delivering exceptional design together with a respect for the environment ensures that Mbark continues to achieve excellent results for current communities and for those in future generations
